Jens Bothmer is the Managing Director of Autentity Innovation Consulting in Frankfurt am Main. He supports companies in transforming ideas into successful business models using proven innovation methods. His work focuses on effective innovation processes, digital workplace consulting, and managing organizational change.

With over 20 years of experience in national and international SMEs and corporate groups, he brings deep expertise in general management, strategic leadership, and business development. His industry background spans media, telecommunications, internet, and industrial companies.

Previously, he was Managing Director of the digital design agency Iconstorm (2004–2016) and served as an authorized signatory at Shift GmbH, formerly Blue Mars (1999–2004). He began his career in 1996 at Bertelsmann in Gütersloh. He holds a degree in economics (Diplom-Ökonom).

Throughout his career, he has been responsible for projects with clients such as Deutsche Telekom, Sky, Amadeus, Deutsche Bank, Bundesliga, as well as mid-sized companies like Vaillant, Gira, De’Longhi, and Liebherr.
